weekend break
Posted 18 Nov 2021 on Hotelswe stayed at the superior hotel for a weekend break to catch up ith family . On arrival we needed to change room to a gound floor room due to problems I hve with stairs . The staff where very helpfull and gave us a ground floor room no problem.The hotel was clean and all staff where very help . There is a bus stop outside the hotel for easy of bus routes,and a kfc acroos the road.Dudley town centre is a five minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk. we enjoyed our stay and would reurn again.

Posted 15 Nov 2021 on HotelsThe rooms are very dated, nothing like on the advertising pictures.we drove past it once thinking it was a derelict building and looked closed down. Entrance is not inviting and the rooms are less than basic to be honest.

Room comfortable however we had to ask for toiletries as there was only conditioner in the bathroom this was quickly rectified you could smell the room was freshly painted but there splatters of paint on the bathroom floor and carpet think the later should be renewed , staff were friendly
