The location was excellent. It was a basic apartment hotel with no additional services, just a simple check-in process with limited hours. The room was nice and clean, but the view was unimpressive.

So many small 'wow' factors in just a single stay
Posted 27 Jun 2024 on HotelsI was so impressed. The pre check-in and check-in comms was clear and proactive. I loved all the small gestures and notes in the room and really appreciated all the care and thoughfulness given it was a super-hot day .... you went and opened windows, drew the curtains and put the fan on so that I would be comfortable when I entered the room. Amazing. All the staff were also so friendly and helpful. I'll be back next time I need overnight stay in B'ham.
