The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed, making for a pleasant stay. However, the lifts were a bit of a letdown, with long waits at busy times. Overall, a good experience despite the minor inconvenience.

Really enjoyed my stay here as i came on the train the accommodation was excellent. Not sure i would stay here if i was driving as i prefer parking on site. However when i do come to Brum i usually come on the train from Wales will definitely stay again.

Loved the amenities in the room and the view across the city, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely too. Location was good for exploring Birmingham and easy walk from the train station although the area near the entrance was a bit rundown.

I was really impressed with staying here. I arrived early and was checked in easily and my room was ready. I got a 10th floor room so nice and quiet, no street noise even though it’s very central. This part of Birmingham is very central but a bit run down, however was perfect for me. I was meeting friends in the city so it was really convenient. I would stay again when in Birmingham and would consider other staybridge locations now when before I wouldn’t have done as didn’t really know what to expect.

It was great having easy access to washer and dryer. The staff was also very helpful. I loved the fact that the in-house food convenience store had reasonable prices. Breakfasts were very enjoyable.

A really comfortable and accessible stay
Really efficient service to access the property. We were a bit worried walking about the area prior to stay in terms of a secure hotel but when we arrived at the property we were instantly reassured by the secure access. We felt entirely safe and the room was really quiet given such a busy area this hotel is in, but that is exactly why we chose it as it is so close to shops and station we didn’t need to bring a car which was really nice. The only thing I would say is that there was only one bath towel which we find quite often in hotels. A basic thing but just a faff of going all the way back down to reception so we just made do

Great stay. Aparthotel was very modern and clean. Couldn’t fault it. Good staff, nice breakfast. B4 car park is a 7 min walk. Discounted car parking £14.40 for 24 hours. Great value!
