This might have been the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. When we got into our first room for the night the carpets and furniture were all stained and looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. The moment I went into the bathroom there were 3 roaches on the wall. We requested a different room as it was late and we had been driving all day. The second room was just as dirty all over. We were nervous about sitting or sleeping anywhere. We did finally fall asleep and to our surprise we had bedbug bites around our legs when we woke up

All in all the stay was simply a place to lay our head. They did not have much for a continental breakfast due to the fact that the whole hotel was under construction if you’re staying here, I would strongly suggest asking if the construction is complete or not. staff was friendly And apologetic in the moment for the construction

The property is tucked away in the woodsy area. Outside of the building look beautiful but inside got a weird smell to it as we enter into the front door. We booked it a room on the third floor, so the elevator is sort of dirty in the hallway was very unclaimed you can see stuff falling down from the ceiling. Our room at first glance seems okay but then we didn't notice a few hair on top of the bed sheet, pull back the cover to check the mattress and there was a sign of bed bugs let those black spot all over the mattress, and they were also some urine stain on both mattress in our room. The bathroom was nice and there's a small fridge in there which was kind of cool. We didn't end up staying after 20 minutes being in there. The front desk trying to offer us another room but we were too tired to deal with it and we didn't want to experience the same thing. I was too grossed out by the last room didn't want to have the same experience so we went somewhere else.

Where to begin? Upon arriving for check in, the front desk was in disarray and dirty. The lobby was not clean (carpets, mirrors, glass, etc.). The employee was not very helpful or efficient with the number of people he was dealing with. The elevator was dirty and missing the elevator certificate. Then upon getting onto my floor, the carpet was not vacuumed with some white specs of something all down the hallway. My room was about the same, although not as bad. The wall mounted thermostat did not work, but the unit in the window did. The shower curtain was ripped. Some of the outlets in the room DID NOT work so my phone did not charge overnight. The setup of this hotel is very weird. The back of the hotel is what is facing the main road that you access it from, so you will miss it BECAUSE there is no sign pointing you to the parking lot. Nothing. Absolutely a poor layout. The pool was closed. The food in the morning is NOT a hot breakfast. The night before I stayed at another hotel for less money (Best Western) that had it. Then the last thing... there are cargo containers everywhere in the parking lot. I asked, on check out this morning why that was. I was told that they are in the process of remodeling. I guess in the meanwhile, they are letting the property and the experience of staying there fall into the toilet. Terrible. Believe the bad review and ignore the stellar reviews. Seriously.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. THERE WERE ROACHES IN OUR ROOM. I’d post the photos if I could. The property was filthy from top to bottom. The lobby was unswept, the hallways were absolutely filthy—floors hadn’t seen a vacuum or carpet scrubber in months. There were large PILES of crushed food and dirt in the carpet. In our hallway near the ice machine was just a bag of trash and SOME KIND OF ANIMAL BONE on the floor—I assume from a chicken wing? But who knows. And it was picked clean so SOMETHING in that building got to it after a human—if it was even discarded food. Elevator floor was sticky—and EVERY WALL IN THE BUILDING had gouges or filth on them.

Visit was great! Staff is awesome No pool , wanted to swim wasn’t open . Room was great with exception of the carpet being damp . Had to remove a plastic from fire alarm. Overall is was very nice .

There’s a lot of shipping containers around the parking lot, so it looks like the hotel is going to be renovated. The room I stayed in was really damp and the air conditioner was working but needed cleaning. I was only in town for the night so it was fine for the price.

Bed bugs at this hotel. Just checked in and then right back out of 4 rooms and had to scramble to rebook. Staff was trying to be kind, but urging me to leave and asking me to send a picture though I insisted on waiting to confirm my refund. I’ve seen a lot of the reviews responded to saying that they’re under renovation and that is an understatement. Most things were out of order. One of our room smelled like mold, but the bedbugs were the final straw. One of the women at the front was friendly but tried to convince us at first that this wasn’t bed bugs, she eventually said she would refund us for the rooms. While confirming my refund with Expedia one of the women at the front desk confirmed to the Expedia rep they “yes they have a bed bug problem”. It’s unethical business practice. Do not waste your money and time.

Desk staff was very nice and responsive. Room had stale air smell and hallway had some smoke odor. Remodel in progress, pool was closed.

This property is not what was advertised! It is not a 3 star hotel. The pool and excersize facilities were closed. There is no patio seating as pictured. The property is in need of renovations. The carpets and walls are in serious need of repair and upgrades. The furniture in our room was terribly soiled. I requested a deluxe room when I reserved for the views and space. What I got was a window view of large dumpsters surrounding the property. The check in clerk was very apologetic. And thank us for not leaving. Had I not pre paid I would have left. In all fairness to future occupants, please change the rating on this property!
