No regular coffee in our room, just decaf. Floors were not clean. Beds and bathrooms were clean.

Property was nice. Older but good shape. Bathroom needed cleaning. Still hair in bathtub and floor was dirty. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Sheets were stained but clean

Reasonable rates. This is an older property, effort has been made to keep it up.

Only complaint that I have is that room service was not done 3 days out of the 8 nights that I stayed there

Check in staff charged extra for 1st floor.

Nice place. Nothing fancy. The room was clean. Only problem was in the bathroom, have to lift the seat to close the door. Staff could have been a little bit more welcoming. All in all it was a good place to stay. Would stay there again

We went to check in and the clerk who was I kept and dirty, was not welcoming but standoffish, once we where able to get room keys we went to room opened the door and thousands of roaches scattered throughout the room, from the brief view the room looked dirty and again was covered in roaches. We closed the door and went directly back to the front, I called hotels.com who told me no refund could be given now but would be processed Monday. The clerk did not seem to care either way what the room looked like or how discussed we where. After Monday we received email that no refund would be given. This is absolutely unacceptable for both Ramada and hotels.com to charge us for this terrifying experience.
