Crufts Stay 2020
Posted 9 Mar 2020 on HotelsWe found the hotel to be very comfortable. However the bathroom had a couple of small issues. The extractor fan was very noisy whilst on. Also there was no safety mat in the shower/bath which when in use was quite slippery. We raised this matter with reception at the time of our stay.

Great location

But the hotel is a little tired rooms decor and furnishings, although comfortable
It offers free parking and WiFi and the staff are welcoming and friendly
The breakfast is a buffet help yourself which offers plenty of choice

Disappointed
Posted 25 Jan 2020 on HotelsPlace needs updating, shower was pathetic! room 47. WiFi in the room was practically non existent, unless you stand by the door! Staff were great, food good.

Easy parking and room, although a little dated looking, was perfectly clean

Exceptional value for money @ £79/room inc breakfast. The only downside was the room was quite cold at night and the spare blanket/quilt was a bit grubby plus the gym equipment was a bit dated.
