First impressions, large secure car park. Very welcoming and lovely reception area. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We only had a snack in the bar/restaurant, but both service and quality were excellent and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, again made even better by the staff. The chef accommodated my requests (e.g. they didn't have chilli oil, so he made me one with olive oil and chilli's - thank you for that!). The only negative was the fire alarm at 6.30 am. We mentioned this at check-out, and again the staff took this on board and dealt with it in a very positive way. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when next in the area, and we would try the restaurant and spa next time too.

The location was perfect The hotel was spotless. Staff was amazing very helpful very clean. Very happy.

Almost perfect everything other than my room was a double room with king size bed but my bed was a basic double bed

Carpets dirty smells in the room of sweat Dusty caused me to cough through out the night Would never of stayed here if someone had told me

Friendly and helpful staff. Room what you would expect for a business hotel. Executive level room but no bottled water.
