Loved the property and the area. Our room although clean was very small and looked over the dirty roof of an outbuilding. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Some of the facilities were a bit dated and could do with a bit of upgrading. The bar was extremely small for such a large hotel and difficult to find a seat.

Lovely Grounds.
Breakfast was a good selection, but breakfast room is too small and too confined.
Bedroom was lovely, modern decor, but mattress was terribly soft and worn down, very uncomfortable.
Staff were friendly and polite, but there is a very sombre atmosphere about the place.
Someone tried to the handle of our bedroom 3 times within the space of an hour between 2am and 3am!
My charge from Expedia was £100 than the itinerary that I was emailed from Moor Hall direct!!??
