The staff at the front desk during the evening hours were nice. They offer a light breakfast and coffee. The room was overall cleaned except the microwave which was disgusting. Property is dated and rust in bathroom around light fixtures and door hardware but overall common areas are maintained.

I loved everything about the property and more importantly with the staff I always feel at home! Top tier service and I’ve never seen a hotel where there is literally always a worker ready to greet you at any time or night!!!! Their sweet smile are to die for. Love you guys!!!!! Another satisfied blue card member here ♥️

Another excellent stay with my second family here! The service is better than chic fil a ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I recommend this stay before anywhere else!!!!!!!! Shoutout to Shun she’s wonderful as well as the entire team!

The rooms are old and infested with roaches. We checked out & found a different hotel.

Thank you for providing feedback. It helps us improve. I am sorry your room had insects. This is something we check for daily. Our rooms are inspected and treated on a regular basis. We can go from having none, to finding them in a room. Other guests bring them in. I am very sorry this happened to you. I hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business.
