Not worth the upgrade. Paid extra for an up grade but got a disabled room? Room was contemporary but definitely not 4 star! Location brilliant. Rude female receptionist. Better places for the money.

Unfortunately not the same hotel has previously stayed in a few years ago, in need of a major update, staff friendly although some didn't want to help, restaurant was poor food and service had one drink when maybe I would have liked a couple with my meal, instead of being full around 8pm on a Saturday only three couples, missing a great opportunity to shine in the city l was born in and now find myself visiting from overseas
