The room was not great, found long hair on the pillow, leading me to believe the linin was jot washed after each stay. The person who let me in was very defensive about the facilities and regemental about the dos and donts, even though he could see i was staying over night for work. Will not be staying here again.

You appreciated the room and its facilities at the time of check in. You signed the checkin form confirming that linen, room and beddings are all clean condition. You were provided a number to reach in case of anything falls short of your expectations or need any assistance. You were shown your video where you were nearly broke the door by not following instructions and push open the main door wrong way. You left food stains on the bed despite clear instructions not to consume any food on the bed.

Arrived at a rzn down semi detached house. not a hotel. Almost went elsewhere. I arrived and was told to come back in an hour despite arriving within listed times. House smelled strongly of curry. No hot water or shower gel or shampoo or soap! I could go on but just avoid. very uncomfortable stay

It’s Lyndon House B&B, not listed as hotel but bed & breakfast. You told arrival time between 9 and 10 pm a day before, as a result other guest was allowed to longer upon special request. You arrived quite early without information. You were told to checkin but park your car on the street for half hour until other car leaves. Hot water is always available and you could contact us on given number in case of any hot water issue. We do not provide shampoo, soap or shower gel. We provided you complimentary towel, tea, coffee, water, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, tele etc

It is a reasonably priced B & B in close proximity to Birmingham Airport so it is ideal for the no frills traveler who just needs a bed for the night before jetting off.

Excellent stay. Good communication. Friendly welcome. Comfortable, good sized and very clean room. No issues with shared bathroom. Quiet. Convenient location for my needs and excellent value.
