Posted 6 Jul 2023 on HotelsWas supposed to be staying in this hotel Monday-Wednesday. My stay was cancelled by the hotel on the Friday before. This was around 2 weeks ago. I have still not received a refund from the hotel or hotels.com. Hotels.com offered an alternative on the Friday and I was told this was the only option but this hotel didn’t work for me and I asked for a refund and was told this would be processed. I ended up booking another hotel at my own cost. At 4:30pm on the day I was supposed to check in, hotels.com offered 3 other hotel options, however, obviously this was too late.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The only issue I had was on my first morning I had to take a cold shower as there was an issue with the plumbing. I let the reception know when I went out that morning, by the time I got back in the evening the issue had been resolved. I would stay again.
