Walking distance to the nec , pub next door, bed was uncomfortable for us ( to hard ) , a/c unit in room was faulty, wouldn't turn off one minute it was hot next kicking out cold and very noisy , rang reception at 11.15pm ish was told someone would come to room to look at it, the issue with the a/c unfortunately didn't get resolved

Friendly helpful staff at reception and in restaurant area.
A very pleasurable stay would definitely stay here again

Very basic hotel that requires a little updating. The room smelt damp and was cold as the window handles were broke so couldn’t close the window. Also the bins were bein collected at early morning 2am and woke me up.

Only one tiny problem, only had decaf tea in the room, and no biscuits, but everything else was lovely . Staff were really helpful . Nice stay.

This is a great place to stay and very convenient for the NEC. Staff are all very helpful and welcoming, the hotel is spotlessly clean. Our double room was spacious, very comfortable with lovely complementary toiletries. We stay here at least twice a year and wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
