We use this hotel every time we leave Illinois to go to Florida there and back.

Nice property and great staff.
We stayed in 401, king size bed. We had some minor issues. The shower pressure is not the best, and the hot and cold are opposite side. The safe in the room battery was dead so could not use (the people that could fix it left at 4:00pm). The landline in the room did not work (they are switching there landlines over to a new system and that is why the phone was not working). The TV guide does not work for the TV. Now the good stuff: Staff are amazing polite and takes the time to interact with you. You don't feel like a number checking in. Not sure what there is to do in the town. We were going for a 3 day haunt tour but it was cancelled 😞

Property was under exterior instruction but did not effect our stay.
