People should know before their stay, there will be a $50 charge upon check in for “incidentals”. They say it will be returned to the card used on check in. When we left NOTHING was said of the money being returned. Where’s my money?

Love this hotel, stay off and on interstate. The hotel is so very clean and nice, beds and pillows are comfortable, bath is sparkling clean. Staff is great.

The night shift clerk wasn't very friendly at all, but rest of staff was great ! Free breakfast in morning was great and fresh cooked, not the normal self cook waffle and coffee. Easy parking, safe area. Will be back for next Barber event !

Great place only 2 complaints 1-out side door on side of building wouldn’t unlock with room key and gas to walk around to front door in the pouring rain. 2- extremely strong cleaning odor in room that never went away. Love that it was clean but the odor was over bearing and gave us headaches. Other than those 2 things the stay was great, good location, nice size room, and the check in desk guy was very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel. Good staff and an excellent breakfast. Room was clean but the carpet appeared to be dirty. It had been vacuumed but it appeared darker in spots. However this did not prevent me from enjoying my stay. I would stay here again.
