The staff couldn’t be nicer but the hotel should have a kiosk in the lobby where guests can pay for their parking. The ambulance noise kept me up till 4 am. Finally got up at 6 and left! I stay in Birmingham once a month and have tried every hotel. This is one I will not stay at again!

Not bad, but pretty unremarkable. Expected a little newer and more updated for downtown Birmingham.
