The bathtub faucet was coming off the wall and mildew was visible around the inside of the faucet.

The staff was amazing! Very professional, incredibly helpful and considerate. My room was just okay. There was a slight odor from the fridge, the fridge was also running loudly all night long and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed (I saw multiple hair pins on the floor but I just picked them up so it was fine). I was only there for one night so it was what it was. Every other aspect was a 9/10, the room itself was a 7/10

Needed an extended stay for 7 nights and normally stay at pricier name brands for 2 or 3 night stays. This was half the price and basically met my needs. As expected. Disappointed that no room service could be provided with a 7 night stay.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower had poor water pressure.

Convenient to Grandview Hospital. Also, lots of choices for restaurants and shopping.
