Great price, good facilities.

It was clean and plenty of showers / toilets that were all clean.
Staff were friendly.
Obviously it is a shared dorm and hostel, so people may come and go at all hours of the day and night.

Hard to tell who staff are as they all wear plain clothes and they are not the most attentive, they can leave you at the reception desk for ages, aware you are there but not serving you : (

Great value for money
Posted 20 Dec 2019 on HotelsThis is a cheap hostel which is well used and a little shabby .However the staff work hard to provide a good service . Fee WiFi , free breakfast and luggage storage included . Also help yourself beverages is better than many more expensive hotels . Use of kitchen .
Close to the Digbeth Coach station and Birmingham City Centre.
