The surrounding area the property sits in isnt great. The hotel foyer and lift need a bit of an update. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was basic but very good with an available microwave too. Check-in snd check-out were made simple.

Excellent for a 1 night stay in Birmingham. Metro is right behind the hotel so very convenient for getting to city centre, nice cosy/comfortable bar and great breakfast! No complaints!

I didn't expect too much from a hotel in the Jewellery Quarter - but it was a very pleasant surprise. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Reasonably easy to get to other parts of the City. And I enjoyed pocketing the savings.

Great reception staff. Good choice at breakfast. Shower a bit mouldy round the edges. Sheets lovely and clean and crisp. TV was offline

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very nicely done out. We loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. The staff were very friendly and hepful. The only issue we had was that no one came to clean the room while we were there. We're tidy people anyway but there was only a small bin in the room and after a couple of days it was soon full.
