More tbags in the room would be good.
Apart from that is was very nice.

All staff were very friendly and hotel was clean. I was staying due to my anniversary and the hotel left a card and some chocolates as a gift. The only down side is parking is a bit of a walk away and quite expensive.

Not with the money. Find somewhere else to stay. Parking is also a problem

We have stayed in this hotel on every visit to Birmingham, it is consistently good, very convenient for the city centre, the staff are efficient, and the room is clean and perfect. We have not used any dining or breakfast options, so we cannot judge the food.
