The old house was beautifully decorated. Lobby area was set up nicely for guests with complimentary snacks. Lovely old house. But our room had a mildewy smell. We could not open any window to freshen the air. All windows were sealed. We ran the bathroom fan 24 hours to try to draw out the smell and stuffiness. The mattress on the bed had seen better days. Very uncomfortable sleep.

Bed was not comfortable to sleep in. Tv was very dusty as well as entertainment center. Also window door leading outside was very dirty. Need to upgrades the toilet too.

We highly recommend a stay with Bird in Hand Village Inn & Suites. Lovely restored building and rooms, each unique. Very courteous and helpful staff. A one of a kind place to stay in a rural and beautiful area!👍

The property was very quaint, nicely appointed with personal touches. the cookies were delicious, the coffee set up was great. the breakfast at the cafe next door was easy and convenient. Overall a very nice stay.
