Lieber Herr Gizzatov Eldar,wir möchten uns recht herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, dass Sie bei uns im Hause waren und sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben. Es macht uns traurig, dass sie insbesondere unsere Mitarbeiter und den Service unserer Mitarbeiter so bewertet haben. Wir möchten sagen, dass wir alles unternommen haben, um die wenigen Stunden, die Sie bei uns im Hause waren, so angenehm wie möglich für Sie zu gestalten. Selbst den Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer haben wir in der Nacht noch für Sie arrangieren können. Auch das kostenfreie Parken nach der Abreisezeit in unserem Hause, war von unserer Seite ein gutgemeintes Entgegenkommen. Persönlich hätte ich es schöner gefunden, wenn Sie mich bei der Abreise diesbezüglich angesprochen hätten und nicht eine schlechte Bewertung schon hier angekündigt hätten.Mit freundlichem GrußJörg Templin

Older property near beach but with no beach amenities like chairs, lounges or towels. Pool was small and underground, seemed like an afterthought. Rooms were large but older. Paid for lateral sea view but this was a waste, can't see beach or water through the trees. Bath/shower combo was dangerous for us and anyone with reduced mobility or muscle tone. There was a hand hold but our greatest concern was falling in the tub. Overall, large room but over priced, did not receive value we were hoping for.

The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcoming and safe during the Covid-19 climate. The measurements put in place were adequate and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a little-known part of Germany
Posted 28 May 2018 on HotelsMy husband and I decided to go to Binz after we got off a Baltic cruise and we lved it. The Dorint was on the beach promenade and although the beach itself was too cold for us US Southerners, we walked a lot on the promenade. The hotel was a perfect location and the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and with great amenities and location, only a short walk from the train station.
