Posted 13 Aug 2022 on HotelsI booked a studio room and there was a kitchenette with microwave oven and conduction cooker. There were pipe leaks in the bathroom and washing machine . Hose from washing machine was loose and came off several times during use. Reception staff not very friendly. Cleaners are friendly. Breakfast wasn't really good. But I like the spaciousness of the room and the balcony. Balcony door need fixing as it was hard to open. Bottled water only providesd on day 1 and for subsequent days, you will need to get water from the water dispenser.

The room is nice. Snon smoking room & yes no smell of cigarettes too. But the towels look dirty & smell weird. What I love most of this hotel is the security. You can only use the lift if you have your room card. Love that lift style. So modern. Staff are nice & welcoming too.
