Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome.
The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by.
Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash towels to reuse the next day . Extra towels Could have helped us save time washing .
BTW, the toilet door doesn’t have lock and the toilet Seat was wobbly and uncomfortable .
Overall a good stay we will certainly come back if we visit Basel in future .

I don’t like the hotel they are over charge me money they don’t respond service not good when I book hotel they charges me wrong amount they say they will refund but owner of property not pick up phone not respond never recommend this hotel anyone ,be careful about when you book this hotel,they took your money not same amount

Luckily we are able to connect with the owner to get the pin code to unlock door.
Nice and clean property. Comfortable stay. Walking distance to tram Station.

nightmare at midnight

Sorry to hear you were not able to manage the checkin or to contact is.
1. The property is well signed and easy to find - were you not able to find the building?
2. The Self Checkin Key Box has an emergency phone number written on it which you obviously did not call.
3. Our phone number is always available - you will find it everywhere: on our website, on google, on this platform.
4. The pin for the key box was sent via e-mail immediately after reservation was made - you obviously did not check your emails.

Nice & cozy stay

Nice And clean apartments
Posted 28 Nov 2019 on HotelsSome items would help improve the comfort - a long mirror, dressing table and bigger shower head. Very clean and otherwise very comfortable. Apt’s 2 and 3 had very noisy neighbours staying who were shouting and banging through the night. They kept us awake and even tried to get in our apt but we couldn’t tell anyone as there is no number apart from the police.

The apartment does not have basic utensils like dish detergent, sink wipes. Also it will be very helpful if you add a table to each of the rooms and more clothes hangers.

It actually has all basic utensils. Especially dish detergent, sink wipes etc. 10 Clothes hangers in every room and everything like on the photos. Don't understand your consultation.
