We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However if you are looking for a modern space, this is not the hotel. The rooms are basic and old.

Great hotel, fresh rooms, airconditioned, and friendly staff. A good place to stay for visiting Maastricht - right in middle of everything. Price is good, quality excellent - it’s great and I’m happy I picked it!

I loved the hotel and we got the room that faced the Christmas market which was a bonus. The breakfast was great (although a bit pricey but very convenient) and my favourite was the lift. I really can't fault anything. It is extremely central and while we didn't really explore the area, it was really nice to be in the centre. The room was spacious, large TV, large bathroom, we had the balcony as well. The Receptionists were very helpful with booking the taxis for us and phoning up when one was a bit late. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would also return if I travelled here again.
