Very suspisious characters and activity constantly in parking lot. People next door to us had vehicle broken into. Was so bad we did not stay, we packed up and left at 9:00 pm.

My room had bed stains on and under the covers and sheets, it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, there were spider webs all over, and there were roaches coming out of the drain in the bath tub. I did NOT stay in the room, instead I was forced to go to the holiday inn across the street. I’d like a refund for this room please. I talked to the staff.. they said to take it up with you guys. Thank you very much.

The stay wasn't all that great. The room was ok. The day shift clerk was a grumpy old lady that had a chip on her shoulder. They never brought us new towels after we put the dirt ones out for housekeeping. When I tried to get some from the front desk, they only had the small ones.

Insalubre!!
C'était horrible!!!! Nous sommes arrivés vers 9:00 PM, la réception était fermé. Nous avons dû sonné, la femme nous a donné la clé de la chambre à travers une fente près de la porte. La chambre était dégueulasse: odeur d'humidité, moisisure sur les bas de murs, excréments sur le mur près de la toilette et au sol, draps tachés et sales, cafards qui se promène à l'extérieur près des portes, surfaces des meubles collantes, ancien dégâts d'eau au plafond..... complètement insalubre, voir photos à l'appuient. Nous étions tellement fatigués, nous avons dormi avec nos propre oreillers et nos draps.
