We have stayed at Hard Rock many times when visiting Biloxi. This time we were very disappointed in our room. It was not clean and had a stinch to it. The lights were burnt out in the bathroom as well as by the beds, the couch had a hole in it and also had something white splashed across the front of it. One of the beds also had something white splashed across the lower part of the bed frame. We stayed in the Platinum Tower thinking because it was newer it would be cleaner, but boy were we disappointed. They even had us in an adjoining room that had a large dog in the next room that barked ALL night the first night till after 3am. For as pricey as it is to stay at the Hard Rock, I really was expecting the room to at least be clean and fresh. Very disappointed with this stay. Will be staying at another hotel our next visit to Biloxi.

Our check in time was 4 o’clock. We had to write a very long time because we kept being told that our room was not clean. It was close to an hour. That is not acceptable

The smell of smoking lingers into the non smoking areas, otherwise a good experience
