Husband and I stayed two nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Felt safe and loved all the family-friendly shared living room type spaces for anyone staying in the hotel. Would like to come back with our kids in the future and do more Lego stuff. The mattress was not my favorite, but after looking at several other hotels in the area I think it's just standard for this area. Not from this country so trying to be open to expectations and new experiences.

The Refborg Hotel is a very good option to reach Lego House (just cross the road) and has a hourly free bus connection to Legoland and all Billund attractions (airport included). The rooms are big and very confortable. Breakfast is also good and the staff very helpful. Rates are high, even if it's one of the cheapest hotels around.

All staff were very friendly and even went the extra mile to lend and find us adapters to charge our phones when we realised we couldn’t find any at shops nearby. Breakfast was great quality and the dining area was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfy, and the hotel is in the perfect location and has a great vibe. Would definitely recommend!

The staff is really nice and dining accommodated my celiac needs. The room was nice with French doors that we kept open during the Lightning & Thunder storm that night. They do need to do more repairs in our room as the carpet needs to be replaced as a smell of mildew was in one corner. We would stay there again.
