As a big LEGO fan, I absolutely loved staying at Legoland Hotel! The room was amazing, decorated with LEGO bricks all around. It was so much fun to see everything made from LEGO brick.
Even though the hotel was under renovation, I didn’t hear any noise from my room, so it was really quiet. We joined a game organized by the hotel and were lucky to win some LEGO sets. On top of that, a free LEGO pack and some Hasbro sweets in the room, which was a nice surprise.
The breakfast was great, with lots of options, including hot dishes. The hotel is full of fun games for kids, making it a perfect place for families.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating, there was originally a mix up with my room, but they went out of their way to make everything right, I can’t recommend this place, and Lina who helped me, enough, best place to stay in Billund!

We liked the hotel and the breakfast buffet was delicious but we had a pretty bad experience checking in - we were sent to a room that was already occupied and left to explain to the room owner what happened after a member of staff opened the door for us then ran away!! It took us around an hour to be taken to an unoccupied room and we spent a lot of that time being left standing in a corridor. Because of how long check in took it also meant that we were unable to get any food from anywhere as all the restaurants were closed. When we asked at reception we were told to just wander around and we'd probably find something... I'm also 6 months pregnant so this was not an ideal solution. After check in our other experiences were really positive but the check in experience was pretty bad... and involved us going to reception 3 times before anyone believed us that there was a problem!

Lovely overall. Kids had an unforgettable experience.
The food was superb with some pretty pleasant helpers, such friendly and welcoming team to my children and I.

The kids loved the room as it had their own space. The hotel was nice and staff very friendly and helpful
