The staff were superb.
But - TV had 2 remotes and neither worked. Maintenance not available and no other remotes or batteries could be found. Quilt on one bed was filthy. Many of the electrical plug-ins just did not work. carpet was filthy

No shampoo in the shower. When called the front desk they told me they were getting off shift and would see what they could do. Never provided shampoo. Makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower from the last person staying there. Hotel was ran down and needs management/employees that care. Needs customer service training desperately

It was easy to get to from the airport. It was clean and comfortable. The clerk was very helpful to find us a room close to the door for easy access.
