Very pleasant stay. Staff helpful and pleasant, location couldn’t be better. Rooms clean. Only minus is you have to leave your room to make your coffee.
Will definitely come back.

Really comfortable for us. Spacious room. Nice bed. Nice towels. Nice shower. Loved having a hair dryer and hair straightener.

I loved the Pension Basque Boutique! It's in a great location in the the middle of Casco Viejo so lots of eating and drinking options very close by. Yes, it's not the quietist of spots but the double glazed windows do a lot to reduce the street noise and with the ear plugs provided the noise didn't disturb my sleep at all. The pension has a very chilled feel and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe there.
Staff are super friendly and helpful, in particular Vicki who gave me lots of suggestions of things to see in the city!
Would definitely recommend!
