In Bilbao for a conference, three nights. This was a convenient historical centre location close to taxis, two supermarkets, good place for breakfast, recently refurbished, clean, room made up every day. No reception: street door, lift to first floor, and room door, all opened with a code.

Clean and comfortable pension in a great location. Excellent value. Walk out the front door and there are limitless options for dining, drinking, shopping, and exploring. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, small but very nice room. Would have given full stars, but had to deal with the communications mix-up that prevented me from receiving the necessary entry code. This was rectified quickly. Aside from this small issue, I greatly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone.
