The hotel is well located with many options for transport around and within walking distance to main landmarks.
Located next to the old town it has plenty of dining options around. Lovely hotel room, very modern with great amenities. Frienly staff too - strongly recommend!

Check-in was very easy. Nothing super special about the room, but it is very convenient to both the train station and the tourist hub.

This is an excellent hotel for so many things. It is in the old part of the city which is lovely and you can drive to it and park nearby without having to enter the Low Emission Zone of Bilbao. But at the same time it's right across the bridge from the "new" city, and a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim and 30 minute walk to the ITSA Maritime Museum.

The location is phenomenal, was able to explore the whole Cusco viejo, Guggenheim, surrounding area on foot. The property is modern, quiet and very clean. Very safe surroundings. The room size was fine, very efficient layout.

What a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally nice area - the old down has been a highlight of my trip to Bilbao! Highly recommend the hotel, clean and veey accommodating staff. Thank you !

Hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable.
Service from the front desk excellent.
One thing i didn't like was that there's no privacy when using the bathroom.
The area is also great and walkable to different points of interest.
