Kelly at the front desk was phenomenal! She had the best advice for restaurants and shopping. She knew the area very well and went above and beyond her role! She deserves a raise! Great hire! Loved our room and the hotel itself was really beautiful. Great design elements.

Wonderful hotel in a great location (all is within walking distance). The staff is very friendly and helpful also the ones working in the restaurant. The rooms are stylish and very comfortable. They have a great gym downstairs as well. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Bilbao and would definitely stay here again should we return 😊

Love our stay. Right on the edge of the all pedestrian old quarter. Parking available if reserved ahead of time for only 25 euros per night. Not good for large vehicles. We struggled parking a compact. Very tight maneuvering in the garage.

We loved location and the rooms. The staff were excellent! When we couldn’t find a spot to park the staff helped us by running out to our car and directing us with ease to our reserved parking spot. Lovely lobby with special welcome cava and candies! We will be back!
