Beautiful hotel with easy walking access to the highlights of Bilbao. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had!! Everything fresh, including fresh squeezed orange juice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great location, short walk to museums, shopping and restaurants. Rooftop pool and terrace. Welcome drink a nice touch. Upgraded to top floor.

Lovely superior room in a really great location, walkable to all the sites inside 15 mins (stadium, old town, Guggenheim etc). Onsite parking isn't cheap but ideal if you are hiring a car. The staff were superb and really helpful. The pool area isn't as great as the photos suggest, it's very small with very limited seating.
