My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. "Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. "This place is great. Central in old town, close to metro, tram, the cathedral, the Ribeira market, and in a very lively area with restaurants and bars (pinxtos!). I accidentally loaded the Bilbao transit card with too much credit, so I used the tram to go where I would normally walk to (eg the Guggenheim) and I'm thankful the Arriaga tram stop was a 2minute walk from this place. The bldg felt secure, code needed to enter the bldg, the elevator, and the room. The property was very new and clean....
