Great apartments with a short walk to the old city

Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.

Convenient location close to the old city and the tramway direct to the Guggenheim museum. Appartements are well sized and convenient. Beds are to be changed soon and cleanliness could be largely improved

Apartment spacious. Very hot. No air-conditioning. Clean but at first glance. Floors not so clean. Dust on top of fridge etc. Chair fabric badly worn and coming apart. Set up confusing as one lift then a corridor to another lift. Garage convenient €15/night. Staff very friendly. Short walk to old town down a ateep hill.

El apartamento que nos tocó, estaba sucio, sin cortinas, el suelo de parqué estaba roto, la mampara de la ducha se caía, las puertas todas estropeadas. En general muy decepcionante.

Für Selbstversorger völlig ok. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC, Doppelbett und Ausklappcouch, Fernseher. Bequem mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Leichte Abzüge bei: Duschkopfhalterung (defekt), WC (wackelte), ein paar lamge schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, die nicht von uns waren. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, allderdings kann man zu "normalen Tageszeiten" in Spanien anrufen, dann ist jemand innerhalb weniger Minuten vor Ort. Das Haus ist ruhig, nachts (!) kommt allerdings täglich die Müllabfuhr. Ruhige Wohngegend, etwas "den Berg hinauf". Es fahren aber auch drei Buslinien, Bushaltestelle nahezu direkt vor der Tür. Die U-Bahn ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt (Haltestelle Basarrate), die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle Atxuri ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (dafür aber vom Appartement bergab). Die Datenrate des WLAN ist leider etwas schwach. Für das nötigste reicht es aber.

Établissement spacieux et lumineux

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire, ( cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche cheveux,etc...) L'établissement est plutôt bien situé, en hauteur. Par contre, il était question d'une salle de sport et d'une terrasse qui au final n'étaient pas accessible 😕. Attention aussi à l'accueil où il n'y a personne. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur la réceptionniste qui revenait mais sinon, nous attendions et donnions depuis un moment sans personne pour nous ouvrir. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour. Check in et checkout très rapide !

La situacion es bastante buena, a 10min andando del casco viejo y con bus y tranvia a 3 y 6 min del apartamento, respectivamente. Echamos en falta un buen funcionamiento de la wifi. El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene de todo. La chica que nos atendió muy agradable y atenta.

El apartamento está bien para pasar unos días de vacaciones no le falta nada. El problema es que olía mucho ambientador para disimular el olor de tabaco... Te lo venden como no fumadores y apesta incluso tenía cenicero.
