Elevator was down for 24 hrs and we were on the 4th floor!

All staffs, I mean ALL, were very friendly and helpful! You can ask them anything, they will try to help in anyway they can, and they all have a very positive attitude, like they actually love the job, not just doing the job!
The hotel is a little bit outdated though, but clean and feel cozy. We booked one with kitchen, the kitchen is SUPER small, don't expect too much :-), and only have 2 chairs to sit/eat. But overall, very nice!

The fact that they genuinely seem to enjoy their work adds a personal touch that really enhances your stay. However, with only two chairs for seating, it may not have been ideal for a more spacious dining experience, but all our guests are always welcome to use our breakfast seating area anytime. Despite these points, the hotel felt clean and cozy, which definitely contributed to your overall positive impression. We hope to see you again the next time you are visiting Big Sky.

We stayed here a few years ago in the summer. Property is more affordable than others in mountain village but easily walkable. Great breakfast, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, nice staff. Elevator was broken but they let us check in early without a fee and there are only 2 floors so wasn’t a big deal.
