"The place was exceptional but the reason for 4 stars was on the date we attempted to register we got told due to power savings we had to go to sister hotel if we wanted a/c. If we stayed they would give us a room with only fan. So of the three booked day only 2 was spent at the actual hotel. Felt almost like a bait and switch. "

"The hotel locks its doors due to the area, you have to knock to get in, but there were many times we were left waiting for 5 minutes to get in. The staff are then rude about it.
