"Undoubtedly room of stay was clean and nice but the common areas like lobby , lifts, carpets were really dirty, floors seems to be never been swept or moped in a while with a pile of plastic bags sitting in the lobby on the side. As per the brand Sandman we were really high on expectations."

"I got a message saying if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable to let them know. I asked for an extra blanket but never heard back. The bathroom felt like it was made for very short people especially the toilet! Otherwise the stay was good."
