Room size is ok, but bed sheets is not clean, hot water is not consistent.

We booked 2 rooms and as soon as we got in one of the rooms I found 2 dead roaches on the bed. Rooms were too dark with no windows. It feels really eerie. If you want to experience a haunted room then room 313 is the room for you. My sis-in-law could not sleep all night cause as soon as midnight came all she heard was tapping and knocking all night. She walked around and inspected no one was on the 3rd floor but us. It’s a young soul lingering around there.

We are very sorry for your bad experience. There was a family with 2 kids stayed in the room right below you making alot of noises so we asked them to stop. Our standard rooms shown in pictures have no window, only deluxe rooms have balcony/window.

Trip to Bien Hoa
