Simple and cheap hotel stay for one night while visiting the Christmas markets in Bielefeld. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and had everything I needed. Location is a short walk from the train station and very close to shops and restaurants. Due to its central location, it is a little noisy if overlooking the street, but earplugs help with that.

The location is great, close to everywhere including the central train station. Lots of dining and shopping around. Friendly staff. Small but clean and convenient rooms.
It was a bit noisy when you open the window.

Rooms and commonly used areas are all neat and very clean the rooms are convenient the location is excellent just few minutes walk from station and right at the middle of the city center. The staff is warm, nice, helpful and welcoming.
One drawback is that there is no air conditioning it was early summer when we were there but in late July and August the rooms might be a little hot. There is no night staff so if you arrive there late at night you need to notify the hotel beforehand not to be stranded at the door. Or if something urgent happens late at night you need to know that there is no night staff at the reception.
