We were made to feel very welcome. My husband of 53 years and I had our first candlelit dinner in years in a window alcove. Our needs were unobtrusively met. Will stay again

My wife & I experienced excellent service and loved the character of the inn with all its cosy nooks & crannies. Absolutely delicious evening meals. Staff very friendly. Loads of breakfast options, tasty. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, great for dogs . Our room (2) was massive, so no shuffling around the bed as in a lot of places.
Food good too. The dog enjoyed her sausage for breakfast.

Beautiful building and location, very friendly and dog friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Food was incredible!! We come here every year and it's always a wonderful experience, thank you Hoops!
