Excellent stay. The family room we stayed in was huge !!! Nice little separate area for the kids to sleep in yet still in the same room so we didn’t have to worry about them at the same time as them having a little privacy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Staff were polite and helpful. Our room was clean, teas and coffees supplied and was bed comfortable. The hotel is situated in a convenient for Oxford and Blenheim Palace

I don't often review hotels on Expedia but I stayed here last week and it was lovely. The room (54) was perfect and the restaurant ambience and food and wine great. The breakfast was fab too

The staff were excellent, all being friendly and efficient except for the one member of staff who greeted us when we arrived around 9.30pm. He was outside vaping I think, and was rather boorish and unhelpful. He was however, the only staff member like that so a poor initial impression was very much corrected the following day. The room was cold on arrival (our stay was late November) as they had not put the heating on in the room, but when mentioned to the receptionist when we left, she was clearly receptive to knowing and appeared tor make a note. Breakfast was excellent and we also had dinner one evening which was good. Would stay again if in that area.
