The Chateau was lovely and the staff was wonderful. We like staying in unique hotels and this was definitely a special experience.

With rooms that not for guests mobilty issues - guests must be informed before the resevation is accepted by the hotel....

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear that your experience has not fit your requirement. Regarding your comment and grade which is quite hard, it is important to inform our futur guest about the situation. When you book the room through expedia, you have not informed the hotel that you have mibility issues which could have been done easily by writting a comment while you booked and we will have informed you that the room you booked is on the 1st floor. Once you arrive at the hotel, we offer you to change of hotel with no charges from us which you refused. We have offered you the breakfast on check out whereas we were not responsible of the situation. Best regards
