Good value for money - definitely worth paying a bit extra for the ocean view upper floors. The view of Grand Plage and lighthouse over the rooftops was picture postcard perfect!

Disappointing hotel in a lovely location

No air conditioning available and it was quite warm. The only way to get air was to open the windows, which required opening the curtains as well, so at night all the light and noise from the parking lot came into the room. See photos. My room was not serviced, even though Housekeeping came by at 14.10 while I was on the phone and said they would come back in 30 minutes. I spent the entire afternoon and evening out of my room so I wouldn’t get in their way, and was disappointed to find nothing had been done. The key sensor on my door was iffy. When I asked Reception to try a new card to make sure the key itself wasn’t the problem, they implied it was my own fault, that they had just adjusted the doors. Even a passing maintenance man was unable to let me in with his passkey (my key worked eventually). This may be why my room wasn’t serviced, but no one told me. In all I was quite disappointed. This is a wonderful location, but the clientele is not considered.
