We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...

"The apartment was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. However, the bathroom had nowhere to mount the shower head or put down soap etc. Towels minimal. The toilet fan not working. Seemed like a place that would be ok in the summer but in the winter needs to be better appointed. Checkin most disappointing. It was -13 and pitch dark outside and the receptionists were unsure how to direct us to our apartment in the large estate. All they could say was to look for a brown...
