Our room was not cleaned at all . The floor was dirty with black dust. It wasn’t swept or mopped when we moved in . The sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers were not changed. The previous hotel occupants were used and beds redone. It was disgusting . The balcony was filthy with bird poo. I WOULD NOT RATE THIS HOTEL 4 STAR AND IT CERTAINLY WASNT WORTH A MONIES WE PAID - it was worth only half the amount we paid. We should be refunded half of this money back . I would not recommend this hotel at all .

Dear Guest,the rooms were cleaned before you checked in. Still we cleaned daily mopping 6 times in both the room after your 1st complain. We also changed daily everything in your room. Balcony's are open in every room, so morning you find poo of birds because its totally jungle area. But we always use to clean balcony every day. Still we are sorry. Will forward you review with the team.
