good hotel that missed some details
Posted 24 Jan 2020 on Hotelsit's a good hotel...but there was some inattention to detail. Wi-Fi really didn't work in the room, our shower head didn't work...but was easily fixed, and one time room service removed our towels but didn't replace them at all (also easily fixed).

Friendly, courteous staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast buffet. Hotel showing signs of wear but no more so than other hotels of this class in India. Overall a positive experience.

It was not a great stay. Food was average , noisy due to some work in night, service was below average - average cleanliness

The room was in a very bad condition with lot of dust & bathroom had mould all around. Very dirty. Hotel needs total renovation.
Only good thing was a very helpful staff.
