"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...

"The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements."

"The property owners need to update photos of the property. While the place isn’t dirty, the photos make it look like much better than it actually is. We found a few dead insects and the bedding and furniture were dilapidated. We had the property for 3 nights but left after the first night into a different place."

"This hotel is five stars all the way for an overnight stay before catching your flight. The staff in the cafe are SUPERB and the food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is amazing (and that is coming from someone who doesnt really like buffets). "Great Stay. Recommend some one senior take a tour of every room. Some maintenance required. Frdiges dont work, but we did not require them so luckiy for the hotel no complaints. No safe in room, they should consider that for at least documents related to travel, passports etc"
